		<description>There are many different types of relaxation audio - subliminal, guided meditation or peaceful relaxation music.  &quot;Each to their own&quot;... one is not necessarily better than another, it&#039;s what works best for the individual.  The trick, in my opinion, is to schedule in a regular session preferably a few times a week.  &quot;Me time&quot; is very important !!!
