By Mere T.

Relaxation is a direct way to calmness and tranquility in life. It is a first class way of finding more joy, more strength and enthusiasm. It is one of the secret keys, which opens the door to happiness and success. But what does relaxing yourself mean exactly?

It means that you must first remove all muscular tensions so that you can completely relax your body, then you must eradicate all tension from your mind. Give yourself positive rewards. When you do something that you are proud of give yourself a small reward. Try not to wait for others to praise you because you may grow resentful if the praise doesn’t come. Pat your own back, it is a great feeling that can stay with you for a long time. [Read more...]
