An indoor fountain can have such a powerful effect on you if you learn how to appreciate it. Here are some tips that will put you in the mood!
MAKE The Time To Relax
Think of yourself as a special person. Make time for you. Do little things to help relax you and ease away the stress. Your indoor water fountain can certainly help.
Don’t do anything if you’re in a hurry. Put on some soft, soothing music. Turn down (or off) all the lights, but leave one little light so you can see your water fountain.
Just relax. Listen to the music and watch your fountain. Try to concentrate so that you can even hear it faintly, above the music. Be aware of its sound. Picture yourself being one with nature.
